Have you used this equipment before with Rocky Mountain Adaptive (RMA)?(Required)

Are you aware that all first-time Bowhead users with RMA must complete a Private Lesson before renting?

For all Bowhead rental requests, have you taken a Private Lesson with RMA in the past 2 years?

For all other RMA equipment rentals, are you aware that a mandatory 30-60 minute orientation will be required?(Required)
