Create a Team:

When you create a new team, you automatically become the Team Captain (an adult must create the team). As the Team Captain, you are able to adjust the team fundraising goal and enhance the team page with images and a compelling story. You can also invite others to join your team, and all donations will contribute towards the team’s fundraising total.

Join a Team:

Find the team you wish to join, and select ‘Join Team’ on the team’s page. When prompted, enter ‘Your Name – Team Name’ under “Your Personal Fundraising Page”. Each team member requires a personal account to be created in order to register (a personal fundraising page will be created during this process).

A valid email address is required to create your personal CanadaHelps account and fundraising page. The same email address cannot be used among different team members.

It’s time to start fundraising! Personalize your fundraising page once you have created or joined a team.

What to Include:

• A fun photo
• Upload a video
• What is your fundraising goal? If you wish to get competitive with your teammates, then your personal fundraising page makes this possible!
• Customize your page blurb – inspire others to donate.

Share your fundraising page with friends and family via socials, messages, email, word or mouth and more. The top fundraising team will win a 3-Day Heli-Hike Trip for 2 with CMH!

Get Social:

Send a personalized message to all your friends and loved ones.

Make sure everyone knows the impact of their donation.

Include the link for your campaign.

Add reminders in case people forget to donate the first time.

Remember, you can continue fundraising until April 11, 2026!
