For next year’s Winter season 2015/16, RMASC is partnered with Sunshine Village and the Canmore Nordic Centre to provide opportunities for individuals with a disability the chance to enjoy Alpine and Nordic snow sports in the Bow Valley.
So whether it’s downhill skiing, snowboarding or cross country skiing that you would like to try; whether you’re an expert or a complete beginner, there is something for you to enjoy. RMASC and its partners provide trained and certified instructors and volunteers to help you achieve your goals in the mountains. The promotion of independence in all activities is encouraged to its fullest. We adapt equipment, techniques, and presentation of instruction wherever needed, relevant to each individual needs.

Future Winter Programs:
RMASC is continually growing as an organization and we are always looking at ways to fulfill our aim of making all sport and recreation in the Bow Valley available to anyone of any ability. We are forming partnerships in order to offer opportunities to participate in a number of other fun activities for the winter of 2015/2016.
Do you represent or work for a disability organization or group? Would you like to arrange a trip to the Canadian Rockies for your members/service users?
