For this year’s Winter season 2015/16, Rocky Mountain Adaptive is partnered with Sunshine Village and the Canmore Nordic Centre to provide opportunities for individuals with a disability the chance to enjoy Alpine and Nordic snow sports in the Bow Valley.
So whether it’s downhill skiing, snowboarding or cross country skiing that you would like to try; whether you’re an expert or a complete beginner, there is something for you to enjoy. RMA and its partners provide trained and certified instructors and volunteers to help you achieve your goals in the mountains. The promotion of independence in all activities is encouraged to its fullest. We adapt equipment, techniques, and presentation of instruction wherever needed, relevant to each individual needs.
Prior to registration, all participants are required to fill in the Participant Consent Form
