Prize Donation Form

If your organisation wishes to receive a tax receipt for your prize donation, RMA may issue your company an re ‘In-Kind Gift Receipt’ on the following condition: your organisation opts out of any form of recognition, (your organisation may still be named as a donor on silent auction bidding site, if relevant). Alternatively, your corporate donation may choose to write off donated swag as a business expense. Tax receipts may not be issued for sponsorship (as defined by Canada Revenue Agency) if gains are made through marketing and/or advertising.
