Additional Activities
Your activity may include the option for an additional adaptive equipment Taster Session or Scavenger Hunt. If this is something you are interested in, please let us know at time of booking request.
You may also choose to extend your day by booking dinner that evening. This is a great way to continue the team building, share stories about your day, and bond with the assisted guests. For this option, we ask that you organise the restaurant booking (RMA may advise on the most accessible options) and include RMA staff and adaptive guests in your booking.
Option to Donate
The fee associated with each Corporate Adventure supports its facilitation, any adaptive equipment costs and staffing/volunteer requirements. At time of booking you have the option to add a donation. All donations will support the future development of RMA’s adaptive programs and be gratefully received. At your request, a tax receipt will be issued for your donation.
Snowshoeing Experience
Assist a group of individuals with challenges to complete a snowshoeing adventure in the mountains. Your team will venture out on a snowy trail and stop for lunch at a scenic location.
Ski & Snowboard Lessons
Your team will learn how to help individuals living with mobility or neurodivergent challenges to slide downhill on a sit ski, skis or snowboard, while exploring the mountain as independently as possible.
Additional Opportunities
Add a little extra to your day of fun! Some adventures include the option to add in a team building scavenger hunt, using clues to navigate a course or adaptive equipment taster session, trying various sit skis and other adaptive equipment.
Conditions
Your team must have the ability to take part in your chosen activity. If you have members who do not wish to take part, please discuss this with us as there may be options for some members to watch and interact with the activity and guests.
Activity details and schedule vary per activity and may change in the lead up to your activity. Specific details will be confirmed close to your adventure date.
We recommend booking 3 months prior to your requested booking date. However, we may be able to accommodate bookings up to 2 months prior. Please provide a range of possible dates at time of request.
For cancellations, a 50% refund will be issued when request is made 4 weeks prior to event. No refund is provided for cancellations made within 4 weeks of event. If you do need to cancel, please discuss options to move booking to alternative date.

“This day meant so much more to me because I know it takes the effort of so many for me get to see a view like that. I hope you guys realize how special it was and how much I appreciate you all for making it happen! I loved every second! BIG thanks to the tactical team from Worley, you are the real MVP’s – guiding me over the obstacles that popped up along the trail.
