First Contact

Use the button above to submit a booking request. Please have to hand your potential group size, activity interest(s), available booking dates, as well as any questions you may have. For this activity, we require a 3 month booking period.

Our team will discuss the details of your request and create potential options and dates. You will then be contacted to discuss the options available to your team. Once a date and activity is confirmed, you will be asked to make payment via our website and a booking confirmation will be created.

RMA will perform a presentation via Google Meets or in person at your location. This presentation is designed to introduce RMA and prepare your group for the adventure that lies ahead. It will take approximately 1 hour and allow time to answer questions.

7-14 Days prior to the event, you will be provided with a detailed outline of your adventure. Clothing, some equipment and lunch/snacks must be provided by your organisation.

We cannot wait to meet you at the confirmed location and time. Your team will assist a group of individuals with mobility or cognitive impairments to enjoy a day out in the mountains.

Additional Activities

Your activity may include the option for an additional adaptive equipment Taster Session or Scavenger Hunt. If this is something you are interested in, please let us know at time of booking request.

You may also choose to extend your day by booking dinner that evening. This is a great way to continue the team building, share stories about your day, and bond with the assisted guests. For this option, we ask that you organise the restaurant booking (RMA may advise on the most accessible options) and include RMA staff and adaptive guests in your booking.

Option to Donate

The fee associated with each Corporate Adventure supports its facilitation, any adaptive equipment costs and staffing/volunteer requirements. At time of booking you have the option to add a donation. All donations will support the future development of RMA’s adaptive programs and be gratefully received. At your request, a tax receipt will be issued for your donation.

Paddlesports Experience

Join us for an exhilarating day on the water, supporting adaptive guests while they explore the waterfront area and learn the basic skills of kayaking, canoeing or paddleboarding.

TrailRider Hiking Adventure

A TrailRider hike involves working together to guide an individual with a mobility challenge to access and enjoy a mountain trail, with the ultimate aim of arriving at a viewpoint or point of interest.

White Water Rafting

Take an exciting trip on the Kananaskis River, hosted by Chinook Rafting, while assisting a group of individuals of varied abilities to feel the freedom of a white water experience.

Your team must have the ability to take part in your chosen activity. If you have members who do not wish to take part, please discuss this with us as there may be options for some members to watch and interact with the activity and guests.

Activity details and schedule vary per activity and may change in the lead up to your activity. Specific details will be confirmed close to your adventure date.

We recommend booking 3 months prior to your requested booking date. However, we may be able to accommodate bookings up to 2 months prior. Please provide a range of possible dates at time of request.

For cancellations, a 50% refund will be issued when request is made 4 weeks prior to event. No refund is provided for cancellations made within 4 weeks of event. If you do need to cancel, please discuss options to move booking to alternative date.

“This day meant so much more to me because I know it takes the effort of so many for me get to see a view like that. I hope you guys realize how special it was and how much I appreciate you all for making it happen! I loved every second! BIG thanks to the tactical team from Worley, you are the real MVP’s – guiding me over the obstacles that popped up along the trail.
