One way to experience the beauty of the Canadian Rockies is to join RMA on a hike. Banff National Park & Kananaskis provide an abundance of stunningly beautiful hikes throughout the season. Hikes are custom built for the individual or group. TrailRiders are available for use if required and may be dependent on the availability of volunteers. Please note: TrailRider Experiences do require at least 1 weeks notice of booking in order to secure enough volunteers. Please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org if making a booking with less than 1 weeks notice.
While a Hiking Experience is catered for the person with a disability, we welcome family members or friends to join the adventure! Family & friends may be trained in the use of a TrailRider at the beginning of the day. If volunteers are required for the hike, then the hike will be only go ahead if we have enough volunteers. The amount of volunteers required is determined by the individual using the TrailRider, the severity of the hike, the length of hike, and the amount of family members/friends willing to help with the TrailRider. Generally we require a minimum of 6 individuals (including our staff members) for a 3hr + hike. If you have questions regarding your booking, please don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
We are happy to suggest suitable hikes, dependent on the individual and family needs. If you have a hike in mind, please let us know. A Hiking Experience may be combined with other Experiences including Biking, Canoeing, and Paddleboarding.
